CREAMY PEACH SMOOTHIE

Take note this smoothie recipe uses (Splenda safe sugar replacement), skim milk, and non-fat plain yogurt combined with the peaches and notice the low calories! And it is delicious!
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 medium sliced fresh peaches
- 1 cup skim milk
- 3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup granular Splenda
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
NEXT TO DO:
Combine all ingredients in your blender. Blend on highest speed until smooth.
Serve immediately into tall shake glasses.
Makes 4 servings.
This delicious creamy peach shake contains only calories! No fats. You could use a variety of different fruits for different shakes and surprise everyone each time they arrive at the table.
