MUM POLLARD’S INFAMOUS DIP

My Mum was notorious for making infamous wicked dips & dishes! This one will be the envy of all your friends and family.

FOLLOW ME:
1 1/2 oz safflower oil
2 oz cider vinegar
1 egg (must be organic or from own farm)
2 cloves elephant garlic
1 tsp. Keene’s Dry Mustard
1 tbsp (heaping) Parmesan cheese (preferably fresh grated)
1 cup 1% dry cottage cheese
NEXT TO DO:
Put all ingredients in your Classic Blender and blend to a smooth consistency.

Serves 6. Very tasty appetizer with a dish of freshly cut veggies or healthy, unsalted purple tacos.
