CAROLE’S SPECIAL CEREAL

At Healthy Recipes, having observed all of the different types of cereal on the market, I decided that if I was going to eat cereal in the morning, it would have to be really something.  So, I went to purchase Nature’s Path Biologic Flax Seed Cereal.  It is the additions to the cereal that really make this breakfast something.

With the additions of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds on top of no fat plain yogurt topped with raspberries, our bowl of cereal contains all the necessary food groups for a healthy breakfast.

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 Nature’s Path Biologic Flax Seed Cereal

3/4 cup 1% milk (organic preferred)

1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt

1/2 cup fresh frozen raspberries, blueberries, fruit of your choice

2 tbsp sliced almonds

1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

1 tbsp sunflower seeds

FOLLOW ME:

Place ingredients in cereal bowl in the order that I have described. 

This is a simple, pleasing Healthy Recipe’s breakfast that anyone would enjoy.
